How do I pay?
Trips more than 3 days away are confirmed with a 20% deposit by bank transfer, paid within 48 hours (any bank fees are paid by the sender). The rest is paid on arrival in euros, US dollars or Tunisian dinars, by card or in cash. The deposit is refunded for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service.
Which airports do you serve?
Tunis-Carthage (TUN), Enfidha-Hammamet (NBE), Monastir Habib Bourguiba (MIR), Djerba-Zarzis (DJE) and Tozeur-Nefta (TOE).
Is the transfer price per person?
No. Transfer prices are per vehicle — a sedan for up to 4, a van for up to 8, a micro bus for up to 16, a minibus for up to 30 or a coach for up to 54 passengers — and are fixed before you travel.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book: your driver follows your flight and waits up to 1 hour after landing at no charge. Delays of up to 2 hours are free; beyond that, 10% of the transfer price is added for each extra hour.
What if I miss my pickup?
Call or WhatsApp us straight away on +216 29 466 334, 24/7. If you don't show up and can't be reached, the booking counts as a no-show and the deposit isn't refunded.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge: tell us the children's ages when you book and we fit the right seats, subject to availability. Wheelchair and reduced-mobility assistance can be arranged on request.
Can I book an excursion without a transfer?
Yes. Add any excursion to your trip on its own, or combine it with your airport transfer in one booking.
